Return Policy

Returned items need to be 85% intact and returned in the original packaging.  Please include a copy of the original receipt.   Returns will be accepted up to 14 days after the date we shipped your order.   Shipping charges are not refundable.

 

All returns must have prior authorization, or they cannot be accepted.

 

Wrong Item Shipped:

If the wrong item is shipped by mistake, please contact Customer Service (via email) and we will ship the correct item at no additional cost.  Items purchased at an event or pop-up store must be returned during the same venue.  Online orders, however may be returned by contacting the Customer Service team.
