Where does DreamBubblez ship to?
We will ship within the USA (All 50 States and its territories (via USPS 1st Class and UPS) and Canada (via UPS). Shipping to other countries outside of aforementioned areas will be via USPS Global Priority Mail.
When will my order ship?
Most orders before 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time will ship the same day via USPS 1st Class Mail. Tracking information will be emailed to the email used in the checkout process. Faster shipping options will be available shortly, please be patient
How do I change or cancel my order?
We do not normally accept order cancellations or changes once an order has been processed. If you have a question about your order, please contact us at (910) 546-9976 and quote your order number.
How do I return my order?
While we strive to ensure that every DreamBubblez product will make you happy, we are understanding that we cannot please everybody. Please refer to our return policy for further detailed instructions.
Why is my credit / debit card not being accepted?
The billing address and phone number provided must match the information currently on file with your bank. If you feel that there is an error, we recommend getting in contact with your card provider / banking institution and / or re-checking the information entered into the required fields.
